European logistics operators electrifying their fleets can source complete battery-based charging units from Chinese manufacturers with integrated product design and deep manufacturing capability. MPMC is a Chinese manufacturer whose BCH Series mobile BESS chargers are already charging electric trucks and machinery in the UK, Norway and the Netherlands. For a logistics operator, working with MPMC means one supplier for the complete charging unit, from battery cells to charging guns and fleet software, delivered ready for European operation.
MPMC designs and builds the BCH Series in its own Jiangsu factories. Each unit integrates blade LFP battery packs, power conversion, CCS2 charging guns, AC output and an EMS with 4G connectivity in one enclosure. The blade battery's sandwich structure is tested for fire, water immersion, collision and crushing, rated for 6,000 cycles at 90% depth of discharge, and holds cell temperatures within 6.7°C.
MPMC was founded in 2008, was the first Chinese diesel generator set manufacturer listed on the NEEQ, and has delivered products to more than 120 countries and territories. Its BCH chargers sit alongside generator sets and HBD battery storage in a product range that lets a logistics operator source depot charging, backup power and stationary storage from one supplier.
Light fleets of vans and cars suit the BCH-80-70 and BCH-275-200, while electric HGV fleets use the BCH-600-400, BCH-800-600 and BCH-500-1000, delivering 400 kW to 600 kW through two 350 A CCS2 guns from up to 1,075 kWh of storage. Because each unit stores energy, it delivers more charging power than it draws: the BCH-800-600 turns 280 kW of AC input into 600 kW of charging.
This matters for European depots, where large yards often have room for storage and mobile charging while grid connection upgrades are planned over longer timescales. Medium and large logistics operators can add charging capacity as electric HGVs arrive, using the connection they already have.

Note: The table shows selected models; the BCH Series also includes the BCH-60-70.
Every BCH charging model runs an EMS with OCPP 1.6 and an open cloud-ready API for fleet management and charge point platforms, with optional RFID payment. CCS2 guns are standard, and MCS is listed among the series' supported standards. BCH-275-200 and larger models carry CE-certified aerosol fire protection, and MPMC products hold CE and UN38.3 approvals for international shipment.
Shipping is efficient: four BCH-275-200 units or six BCH-80-70 units fit in a 20-foot container, and the BCH-500-1000 travels in its own 20-foot container format. Every unit reaches full operation within 24 hours of arrival at the depot.
Mixed orders can be planned so that compact, trailer and container units arrive together for a depot roll-out, and MPMC's engineers can support commissioning on site.

At the UK logistics port, eight BCH-275-200 units lifted charging capacity beyond the local grid connection and moved electric trucks from 10-hour charging cycles to near-continuous operation, a clear example of what the series brings to European fleets.
Across Europe, BCH units also charge electric construction machinery off-grid on a 2 MWh project in Norway and run renewable-powered charging at port, logistics and solar-storage sites in the Netherlands.
