A Dedicated Mobile DC Fast Charging Brand for Electric Vehicles: MPMC BCH Series Charging Performance in Detail

Oct 28, 2026

Mobile DC fast charging has become a category of its own, used by logistics companies, charge point operators, construction firms and event organisers that need high-power charging wherever vehicles are. MPMC's BCH Series is a dedicated mobile DC fast charging range: every unit carries its own blade LFP battery and DC charger, so it delivers fast charging from stored energy with no permanent grid connection. With Europe's leading truck makers rolling out electric HGVs and high fuel costs accelerating adoption, BCH units are increasingly used to charge electric trucks as well as cars and vans.

Charging Output Built for Every Vehicle Class

From Compact 80 kW to 600 kW Truck Charging

The BCH-80-70 delivers 80 kW through a single liquid-cooled CCS2 gun rated at 260 A with a 7 m cable and a 200-1,000 V output window. The BCH-275-200 delivers 150 kW through two 250 A CCS2 guns. The BCH-600-400, BCH-800-600 and BCH-500-1000 deliver 400 kW, 600 kW and 500 kW respectively through two 350 A CCS2 guns with 6 m cables, and peak DC output reaches 640 kW on the BCH-800-600.

Each model pairs its charger with matched battery capacity, from 70 kWh on the BCH-80-70 to 1,075 kWh on the BCH-500-1000, so charging power is available session after session from stored energy.

A Wide Voltage Window for Cars, Vans and HGVs

The 50-1,000 V output range on the BCH-275-200 and larger models serves both 400 V and 800 V vehicle architectures, from passenger cars to electric vans, buses and heavy trucks. Two guns charge two vehicles at the same time, and CCS1, GB/T or CHAdeMO can be supplied in place of CCS2 for other markets, with MCS listed among the series' supported standards.

Fast to Recharge, Ready for the Next Session

Fast turnaround keeps a mobile charger earning, so every BCH model accepts a CCS2 DC input in addition to its standard supply. The BCH-275-200 can recharge from a public fast-charging station at up to 150 kW, reaching full charge in about one hour, while the BCH-600-400, BCH-800-600 and BCH-500-1000 accept up to 400 kW of DC input. AC inputs of 80 kW to 560 kW and dedicated solar connections let units refill from the grid, a generator set or PV.

This flexibility suits European logistics operators with large yards: a unit can top up from the depot supply overnight, from a generator on a construction site, or from a public fast charger on the way to its next assignment.

Smart, Safe and Proven in Europe

Every BCH charging model runs an EMS with 4G and OCPP 1.6, an open cloud-ready API and optional RFID payment. Blade LFP batteries rated for 6,000 cycles at 90% depth of discharge, CE-certified aerosol fire protection on the BCH-275-200 and larger models, and full operation within 24 hours of arrival make the series dependable in daily use. In the UK, eight BCH-275-200 units moved electric trucks at a logistics port to near-continuous charging, and BCH units also serve construction and logistics sites in Norway and the Netherlands.

The blade battery's sandwich structure has been tested for fire, water immersion, collision and crushing, its 6.7°C precision temperature control keeps output stable through long sessions, and direct DC-side coupling delivers up to 87% discharge efficiency. BCH-275-200 and larger models carry a 3-year system warranty and a 5-year battery performance warranty, supported by remote diagnostics and on-site commissioning by MPMC engineers.
