MPMC POWERTECH CORP., established in 2008 and headquartered in Shanghai Pudong, manufactures the BCH Series battery-integrated mobile EV chargers that European distributors, truck dealers and new-energy construction equipment dealers add to their portfolios. Every electric truck, tipper or excavator a dealer sells needs reliable charging, and many customers want it in place before the grid can deliver. With the BCH, a dealer can supply the vehicle and the charging solution together, from compact units for light vehicles to heavy-duty chargers for electric HGVs and machinery. This article covers the BCH range, its technology, MPMC's European references and the partnership model MPMC offers distributors.
MPMC BCH series containerised mobile BESS charger, delivered by truck, designed for fast outdoor charging of electric trucks and vehicles.Europe's leading truck manufacturers are expanding their electric heavy-duty ranges, and high fuel costs are encouraging hauliers and contractors to switch. For many buyers, the deciding question is how the new vehicles will be charged at their depots and sites. A dealer who can answer that question on the spot, with a charging unit delivered alongside the vehicles, removes a key barrier to the sale and builds a longer customer relationship.
Medium and large European logistics companies, logistics parks and freight hubs typically operate large yards with ample space for battery storage and mobile charging equipment. BCH units can be placed directly in these yards, connected to the existing supply and brought online within 24 hours, giving dealers a fast, practical charging solution to offer every fleet customer. As a customer's electric vehicle numbers grow, additional units can be added to the same yard without redesigning the site.
MPMC's BCH Series runs from 80 kW to 600 kW of DC charging output and 70 kWh to 1,075 kWh of storage, so a single supplier covers every customer tier a dealer serves, from light commercial vehicles to electric HGVs, heavy construction machinery and logistics hubs.

Because every BCH model except the entry BCH-80-70 accepts AC input from the grid, a generator or solar PV, and the BCH-80-70 recharges through its CCS2 DC input, the same product line suits customers with a strong grid, a weak grid or no grid at all. A truck or equipment dealer can therefore offer one charging answer to every customer, shortening the sales cycle for electric vehicles and machinery. Logistics park and freight hub operators can also buy BCH units directly through the dealer to serve multiple tenants from shared charging points.
The BCH also opens a recurring revenue stream for dealers who rent units or sell charging as a service: MPMC's BCH revenue model supports premium pricing for off-grid and emergency charging, optional RFID payment for commercial customers, and pairing with solar PV to turn on-site generation into charging revenue.
The BCH Series uses blade LFP battery packs in a sandwich architecture tested for fire, water immersion, high-impact collision and crushing, with a 65% larger heat-dissipation area, 6.7°C precision temperature control and 390 Wh/L energy density. Direct DC-side coupling delivers up to 87% discharge efficiency, and every unit is rated for 6,000 cycles at 90% depth of discharge. An EMS with 4G connectivity, OCPP 1.6, an open API and optional RFID payment gives dealers a complete hardware and software package to present to their customers, backed by MPMC product certifications including CE, UN38.3, TUV and SGS. Sealed liquid-cooled battery packs, C4 anti-corrosion coating and an operating range of -20°C to +50°C suit outdoor yards and construction sites, from northern to southern Europe.
MPMC BCH-500-1000 containerised unit deployed at a remote site, providing outdoor fast-charging where no grid is available.MPMC's BCH deployments give dealers strong European stories for each customer type: eight BCH-275-200 units at a UK logistics port moved electric truck charging from 10-hour cycles to near-continuous operation; a 2 MWh BCH system in Norway charges rental construction machinery fully off-grid; and in the Netherlands, BCH units power a renewable port and logistics charging site and a 1 MWh solar-storage EV charging station. Together these cover the three conversations dealers have most often: logistics depots, construction sites and grid-connected charging hubs.
MPMC works with authorised distributors and agents across Europe and other regions. Distributors gain full product line access to BCH mobile chargers, generator sets, HBD battery energy storage, GSB/GB hybrid power stations, SPK mobile solar arrays and HSL and HBL lighting towers, with exclusive territory arrangements available in select markets subject to commercial agreement, and OEM and private-label options for dealers building their own brand.
MPMC Energy Tech in Yangzhong, launched in 2025 with a 19,000 m² workshop, runs dedicated battery pack and BESS assembly lines, while MPMC Powertech Jiangsu in Haimen operates a 22,000 m² smart factory with a CNAS-accredited testing centre. BCH-275-200 and larger models carry a 3-year or 1.6 MWh/kWh system warranty and a 5-year or 2.57 MWh/kWh battery performance warranty, supported by remote diagnostics and on-site commissioning by MPMC engineers. This gives dealers a clear, consistent warranty offer to pass on to their own customers in every market they serve.
