Temporary off-grid sites, from construction compounds and festival grounds to remote work camps and industrial yards, can run on the sun as well as on fuel. A mobile solar power system brings a ready-built PV array to site, deploys in hours and moves on when the job is done. MPMC's SPK Series mobile solar plants range from a compact 7.65 kWp unit with automatic expansion to a 231.84 kWp array housed in a 40-foot high-cube container, and pair with MPMC battery storage and generator sets for round-the-clock supply.
SPK arrays use high-efficiency HJT or bifacial panels with MC4 connectors as standard. The SPK-8A expands automatically, ideal for quick set-up on small sites, while the SPK-10 and SPK-20 are manually expanded and ground-installed. For larger loads, the SPK-120 provides 115.92 kWp in a 20HQ container and the SPK-240 provides 231.84 kWp in a 40HQP container, each with a recommended inverter size for straightforward system design.
Containerised SPK-120 and SPK-240 units travel by road and sea in standard container formats and unfold on site, while the compact SPK-8A, weighing 1,100 kg, can be positioned in tight compounds. Every model is designed for repeated deployment, so rental companies and contractors can move arrays from one temporary project to the next.

MPMC SPK Series container-based mobile solar array, with its panel frames stored inside for transport.Solar arrays produce energy by day; battery storage carries it into the night. MPMC's HBD-R mobile battery storage, from 30 kW / 61.44 kWh to 610 kW / 610.6 kWh, pairs with SPK arrays and with generator sets through compatible controllers. For outdoor daytime events and multi-day festivals, MPMC's recommended event configuration adds SPK arrays to HBD-R storage and super-silent gensets.
In a UK construction case, adding a 30 kW / 60 kWh HBD-R unit to a 56 kW generator set extended refuelling from every 2 days to every 7 days; adding solar to the same arrangement shifts still more of the daytime load away from fuel.
Where loads run round the clock, a generator set provides firm capacity while solar and storage cut its running hours. MPMC's EMS uses multi-source data and weather forecasting to maximise solar output, schedule battery charging and start the generator set as demand requires.
For smaller sites that prefer a single unit, MPMC's GSB hybrid power stations integrate a 2,375 W slide-out solar array, LFP storage and a generator set in one mobile chassis, while larger installations combine SPK arrays with HBD-A storage for industrial yards and campuses. MPMC's zero-carbon industrial park architecture also uses SPK arrays in open yards and parking areas during construction phases.

SPK systems carry a 2-year system warranty, with PV panels and inverters covered by their OEM warranties. Because MPMC also builds battery storage, generator sets, GSB hybrid stations and BCH mobile chargers, buyers can source a complete off-grid system from one supplier, monitored through MPMC's SCADA platform.
Distributors and PV system integrators, a key MPMC customer group, can offer SPK arrays alongside HBD-E storage with integrated MPPT and an open EMS protocol, building complete solar-storage packages for their own customers.
