From December 9 to 10, 2025, a senior government delegation from Kyrgyzstan conducted a two-day in-depth visit and strategic discussions at MPMC Technology Co., Ltd. The delegation visited MPMC’s Shanghai headquarters, Haimen production base, and Yangzhong new energy production base, and held government-level meetings accompanied by local Yangzhong officials. The visits aimed to comprehensively assess MPMC’s R&D, manufacturing, and global service capabilities, with a focus on major energy and power projects, exploring new pathways and models for bilateral trade and investment under the Belt and Road Initiative.

On the afternoon of December 10, the delegation arrived at MPMC’s Yangzhong factory. The Kyrgyzstan delegation included Murat Murataliyev, Director of Energy Investment in Parliament; Pavel Hardzıyenka, Chief Presidential Advisor; Guzal Demirova, Chief Advisor to the Moscow Mayor; and partner representative Aykut. They were accompanied by Yangzhong Municipal Standing Committee Member and Executive Vice Mayor Chen Shunzhi, Deputy Secretary of the High-Tech Zone Party Working Committee and Director of the Management Committee Yang Youjun, Director of the Municipal Bureau of Commerce Huang Yong, among others. MPMC representatives received the delegation, including Director and General Manager Huang Qiaoyong, Director and Marketing Director Chen Junting, Assistant General Manager and Marketing Department Manager Du Xingyu, and Sales Manager Hu Shenglan.

Guided by MPMC staff, the delegation toured the company’s exhibition hall and production facilities, expressing strong interest in MPMC’s technological capabilities and innovative applications.

Following the tour, both sides held a discussion session.

Sales Manager Hu Shenglan opened the meeting and introduced the participants. Chen Shunzhi, Executive Vice Mayor of Yangzhong, delivered a welcome speech on behalf of the municipal government, praising MPMC’s technical strength and international reach, and emphasizing that the meeting could serve as a foundation for deepening energy sector investment and cooperation. He affirmed Yangzhong’s continued support for international trade and economic collaboration.

MPMC and the Kyrgyzstan delegation conducted in-depth exchanges on Kyrgyzstan’s energy needs, potential cooperation areas, and specific technical solutions. Kyrgyzstan officials outlined the country’s energy sector plans, commended MPMC’s expertise, and expressed a clear willingness to collaborate.
